The Hydrate Ultra box contains:
- Ultra Hydrate
- Instruction manual
- Filter
- Cable 

Unpack the product and remove the lid and filter holder. Connect the product to the mains. You can then remove the inner container and fill it with water, paying attention to the max. line. When you have done this, you can put the filter holder on it, place the filter and then the lid. Then place the entire inner box back in the outer box.

Download the Pettadore app in your app store. Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network and click “+” in the app. Then select the correct product and follow the instructions on the app. 

Tip! We recommend that you do not place the drinking fountain too close to the litter box or feeder, cats do not like that. Cats like to give everything its own place, a few meters in between is fine. You can also place several water points in the house, so that your cat sees water more often and can be stimulated to drink more.

With the Hydrate Ultra, yellowing can occur in the inner container, there is nothing harmful about it, this is caused by the UV light.

You can easily remove the lid by holding your hands at the hole of the lid and pulling it towards you, this also applies to the filter holder.

You can reset the water fountain by inserting a paperclip or something else into the hole in the front and holding it until the device's Wi-Fi light starts flashing and then resets the water fountain.

In the app you can see a number of things:

The TDS is kept in the app. The TDS meter keeps track of how many particles there are in the water, this varies per region and water. This number can grow, for example due to dust or other particles. If you see that the number is higher than normal, that can be a sign to change your water, for example.  

The water level is visible in the app, we recommend changing the water every 5 days. In the app you can indicate that you have changed your water and this will be counted down again for you in the app.

Also, the app will give you a reminder of the consumption refresh. We recommend replacing the filters every 30 days and cleaning the pump every 60 days.

You can set the operating period, but we recommend that you leave this on as much as possible, so that your cat drinks as much as possible. The operating period is a period that you can set when the water fountain will be turned off.

You can instruct the Hydrate Ultra to sterilize via the app. You can dim the LED indicator between certain times. You can also completely turn off the water fountain with the app. Last but not least you can see the version, change the name and share your device.

A set of filters consists of the following parts:
- 3 filters
- 3 pump sticker (only needed for the Hydra Ultra 1)
- 3 meringues

We recommend replacing the filters every 30 days.

The pump stickers are still required with the older version of the Hydrate Ultra (1), but not with the new version. You can see on the bottom of your device which version you have, the Hydrate Ultra 1 is indicated as Hydrate Ultra and with the Hydrate Ultra 2 it will say Hydrate Ultra 2 on the bottom of your device.

You can replace the filters by removing the inner box from the outer box. Remove the water from your inner tank for an easy replacement of the filters. The lid and the filter holder can be removed.

The pump housing can be removed and you can replace the old pump foam with a new foam. You can also replace the sticker with the Hydrate Ultra 1 at this time.

The pump housing can then be fitted again. You can put the filter holder back on the inner container and there you can replace the large filter with a new one. The lid can be put on and the entire inner box can be placed back in the outer box.

You can find additional instructions in the app. Then indicate in the app that you have replaced the filters, so that the app keeps track of when it needs to be done next time.

With your Hydrate Ultra, we recommend replacing your filters every 30 days and giving your device a major service every 60 days.

Important! Make sure you never use soap, cats don't like it and they may stop drinking. Only use water and paper and if you have rust you can always use a little cleaning vinegar. In that case, you can let the water fountain run with the vinegar for a while and then rinse and dry well 3 or 4 times, so that the vinegar smell is gone.

First of all, you remove the inner box from your outer box. The lid and filter holder can be removed and the water can be thrown away or stored somewhere else temporarily.

A slimy film may form on the pump housing, the wire and the pump itself, which must be cleaned. This layer is not harmful to your cat, because of the UV light the device ensures that bacteria have no chance. Go through all parts carefully (under the UV lamp, the pump housing, the cable, the tube, the silicone bed, etc.) and clean it well with paper.

After this, remove the pump housing. The pump stickers are still required with the older version of the Hydrate Ultra (1), but not with the new version. You can see on the bottom of your device which version you have, the Hydrate Ultra 1 is indicated as Hydrate Ultra and with the Hydrate Ultra 2 it will say Hydrate Ultra 2 on the bottom of your device.

With the old Hydrate Ultra, remove the pump sticker and remove the residue well. You can open the pump by removing the covers. Then you see a small rotor, which you can remove with pincers or tweezers. It is best to clean everything with a cotton swab.

Replace the rotor when it is clean. The lids can go back on. The tube can be placed on the pump again, make sure that you press it completely against the pump. A new pump sticker may be placed on it for the Hydrate Ultra 1 and a new foam may be placed. The clean pump housing can be put back on. Make sure that the tube is not folded in half, this can cause problems.

You can then clean the filter holder and the lid well with paper and water. You can then fill the inner container with water. Place the filter holder back with a new filter and put the lid on it. Then you can put the inner box back in the outer box.

You can find additional instructions in the app. Then indicate in the app that you have performed the major maintenance, this can be done under "pump maintenance". Indicate that you have cleaned the drinking fountain and the filter, this way the app will keep track of when it is time for a new cleaning.

The restarting and beeping often indicates a power problem of the device. It is also possible that there is wetness at the connection points.

First of all, we recommend that you replace the adapter with another one to see if this solves the problem. You can then replace the cable if replacing the adapter does not help.

If that doesn't solve the problem, you can check the inner tub of solders on the bottom of the product. They should be dry and there should be no oxidation on them, if they are not dry and you do see oxidation, you can dry it and clean it.

And last but not least you can check the pins of the pump. The same applies here as with the solders, the pins should be dry and clean. If you suffer from severe erosion, please contact us.

No or little water can be caused by the following things:

It may mean that the device is not receiving proper power. You can check whether your device is available in the app and whether the light is on, if so, then the problem is not related to the power supply.

The pump may be dirty and in need of cleaning. For this you can remove the pump housing and the covers on the pump. The rotor can be removed, you can do this with pincers or tweezers. You can then wipe this area with a cotton swab. Then you can put everything back and the pump is clean.

It is also possible that the plastic tube on the pump has not been pushed properly into the pump. Make sure the entire tube is on the pump all the way to the end. When placing the housing, this can otherwise ensure that the transparent tube is folded in half and this can also ensure that no water flows through your device.

Last but not least, you can check whether the pump has any obstacles, so at the foam at the pump you can check whether nothing is blocking so that the pump can suck in water and at the tube you can check whether there are any blockages so that the water can be pushed up. .

If your Hydrate Ultra makes a lot of noise, there are many possible solutions.

First of all, we recommend that you thoroughly clean your pump. After cleaning the pump, the pump has fewer obstacles and can pump water through better, which often results in less noise. In addition, it is important to understand that noise is often caused by obstacles at the pump. To see if your pump has any obstacles and as a result your pump has to work harder (and makes more noise), you can do the following:

You can check that the plastic tube is pushed all the way through to the pump. If this is not the case, replacing the pump housing may cause this tube to fold in half.

Also check that nothing is stuck near the foam.

Check that the pump is not against the inner box and therefore spreads extra noise. 

Last but not least, the surface on which your device is placed is also important. The device has silicone feet, the sound is also muffled by the silicone inlay. As a surface, a wooden table ensures that your device makes more noise than, for example, a concrete floor.

Normal decibels of a drinking fountain that is on the floor is about: 40 – 50 decibels on a hard floor. To measure the decibel, you can easily download an app from your app store.

Here are our tips to get your cat to drink (more) from the water fountain:

Place the drinking fountain on the site of the old watering hole. That way you make sure the cat knows where it should be. 

Play with the water to introduce your cat to the water fountain. Cats are less focused on their sight and more on smell and touch, which is why it is important to smell and let them feel.

You can play with the cat, make sure the cat touches the water, for example by shining a laser light at it or another toy. Then the cat knows that it is water and is more likely to start drinking from the drinking fountain. 

Remove the old drinking bowls and wait until they have to drink from the drinking fountain. This ensures that they do have to get acquainted with the drinking fountain. Take the time to let your cat drink from this drinking fountain and not from another bowl, that way the necessity is placed on this drinking fountain, this ensures that your cat will drink more often and more.

Cats drink little and by introducing them to this bowl you will ensure that they drink more, this is due to the ergonomic position they adopt when drinking from the Hydrate Ultra and the ideal water flows.

Finally, give your cat time and space: give your cat at least two weeks to get used to it. Cats are stubborn creatures, so it takes a little longer for them to incorporate something new into their routine.

Hundreds of years ago, cats only drank water when they happened to come across something flowing and didn't get enough fluids from their prey. Since we now give them dry food and cats no longer hunt, we recommend that you also give them wet food and let them drink as much water as possible. To get your cat to drink more, you can do the following:

Purchase a water fountain. This ensures running and fresh water. Cat drinks here more often and for longer than with a drinking bowl. You must wash a drinking bowl thoroughly (2x a day) to prevent bacteria. Our Hydrate Ultra has a UV light that ensures that bacteria do not get a chance, in addition, there is a filter that stops dirty particles.

Place drinking bowls or the water fountain in a strategic location. For example, place it on your cat's walking route, so that cat is triggered to drink (more).

You can change the location of the water fountain every so often, this also creates a trigger of curiosity.

In addition, you should not put the water fountain too close to the litter box or car mat, cats do not like that. Cats like to give everything its own place, a few meters in between is fine.

NB! To install a new pump, it is first of all important that you have received the correct pump. We currently have two versions of the Hydrate Ultra. The Hydrate Ultra 1 is the older version with a black pump and the Hydrate Ultra 2 is a new version with a white pump. You can easily check your version under your device. The Hydrate Ultra 1 is labeled as Hydrate Ultra and the Hydrate Ultra 2 as Hydrate Ultra 2.

The installation of your new pump is as follows:

First of all, you remove the inner container from the outer container, the lid and filter holder may be removed and the water may be removed from your inner container for a while.

Then you can remove the pump housing. Dry the pump well with paper, especially at the connection point, it is important that the connection points always remain dry 

Unscrew the cable from the connectors and check the pins. If you see some erosion here, we recommend that you contact our customer service.

If nothing is wrong, we move on to the next step. Take the new pump, unscrew the loose wire from the new pump and connect the other side of the new pump with the cable from the inner box.

You have a notch at both parts and there you can put them together. Tighten it very tight and make sure the tube is pressed back on until the pump is on.

The foam can also go back and then the pump housing can be placed back on the pump and you have installed your new pump!

The box of the Hydrate Compact contains:

There is no adapter in the box. From an ecological point of view, we do not supply these as standard with our products. You can use almost any other adapter from an old device, such as an old telephone.

To install the Hydrate Compact, you can connect the device to the mains. You can keep the outer box in the socket and the inner box can be removed for changing and filling. This allows you to neatly hide the cables of your drinking fountain.

Important! Make sure that the connectors always stay dry, if you do see some moisture, make sure to dry it.

After connecting to the mains, you can fill the inner container with water, pay attention to the maximum water level. You can put the filter in the filter holder and then put the lid back in the inner container. You then place the inner box in the outer box and the device will recognize this.

You can also upgrade the Hydrate Compact with the Upgrade Warmer/UV, you will see a hole for this at the lid. This is a device that heats your water and the UV sterilizes your water.

You can easily remove the lid of the Hydrate Compact from your device by pulling the lid towards you from the hole with your fingers. This is necessary for topping up water and for pump maintenance. When you want to top up the drinking fountain, you can easily remove the inner bowl from the outer bowl and fill it with water, paying attention to the max. line. When the Hydrate Compact is a bit emptier, it can make more noise. This may prompt the cat to drink more.

You can reset the drinking fountain with the button on the back, you can press it for 5 – 10 seconds to reset. When your Hydrate Compact blinks, it goes back to factory settings and you can reinstall everything.

When you use the Upgrade Wamer/UV, there may be a yellow layer in the inner box, which is due to the UV in the upgrade that causes discoloration. This is not harmful.

The upgrade ensures that the water will be about 26 degrees, which is healthy for your cat. The UV ensures that the water is sterilized. This upgrade is recommended if you want to enhance your cat's drinking experience or, for example, in winter or a cold place.

The filter is easy to replace from our Hydrate Compact. You remove the lid from your water fountain, there you pull the tab of your old filter. 

You remove your old filter and insert your new filter. Make sure that the contact points of your drinking fountain do not get wet and if this does happen, dry them well.

The new filter should go in with the tab down. Then you can put the lid back on and the filter is replaced.

Also indicate this in the app, so that the device counts down again for the next replacement.

The major cleaning of your Hydrate Compact ensures that you extend the life of your water fountain.

We recommend that you clean your Hydrate Compact every 60 days. You can clean your Hydrate Compact in the following way:

Remove the lid from your drinking fountain and make sure your connectors stay dry. Remove the water. Remove the filter and then clean the lid well with water and paper or an odorless cloth.

You can then open the pump by removing the lids. Remove the rotor with pincers or tweezers and clean the area with a cotton swab. You can also clean the pump well with the cotton swab. Then put everything back. 

Place a new filter in the filter holder. Don't forget to clean and dry your liner thoroughly. Refill your inner container with water and then put the lid on. 

Finally, you can put the inner box back in the outer box and so you have carried out the major cleaning!

Indicate in the app that you have replaced your filter and that you have cleaned the water fountain, this will reset the counter.

Often no water flow has to do with a feeding problem. This can be due to the adapter, cable or one of the connection points.

Try another adapter or cable first. Check if this solves the problem.

Then you can look at the connection points on the lid and inner box. Check that the connectors are completely dry and that there is no erosion. If this is not the case, you can dry the connectors well and remove erosion with a knife or a wire brush.

Last but not least, it is important that the pump is clean. For example, it could also be that something is blocking your pump, preventing water from flowing. Remove the lid from the drinking fountain. Then you can remove the cover of your pump and the casing. Then remove the rotor with pincers or tweezers. Use a cotton swab to clean it well, both the space that the rotor was in and the rotor itself. Once you've done this, put everything back.

Once all this is done, your Hydrate Compact should be up and running again.

A leak in your Hydrate Compact can have two causes:

First of all, it could be that your cat is playing with the water from the water fountain or that the cat's licking causes water to end up next to the device. Cats are once playful. In that case, you can place your drinking fountain in a place where a slightly wetter floor does not matter.

In addition, it is possible that your filter is full of dirt. This can mean that the water fountain is not getting the water out fast enough and that the drinking fountain is filling up and going over the edge. We recommend that you check your filter and replace it if necessary. 

It is better to place your water fountain in a place where it does not hurt to get a little wet. In addition, if you see that the connectors are getting wet by your cat, we recommend that you place the device against the wall, so that the connectors remain dry.

The Nutri View box contains:

To install the Nutri View, start by unpacking the box. When you open the lid you can take out the parts, such as the feeder.

You can easily slide the feeder into the right place. Connect your Nutri View to the wall socket with the cable and adapter. You can find the connection point under the device.

You can easily hide the cable, since you will not have to move the outer box. When cleaning, it is only necessary to remove the feeder and inner bowl. The outer box can therefore always remain in the same place.
 

Download the Pettadore app in your app store. Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network and click “+” in the app. Then select the Nutri View. Check if the light is blinking and then enter your network and password. Then you can follow the further instructions on your mobile.

The next step is to hold your QR code in front of the camera of the Nutri View. If your device has seen this, you will hear a beep. After that you can continue with the installation and your device will eventually be registered. Even if you don't have Wi-Fi then you will be able to look through the camera and adjust the feeding moment. Don't forget to remove the plastic from your camera!

Does this not work? Then you can use the other option, which is connecting via the AP modes. You can click on this, then you can connect to “Smart life + ..”. You can then pair your device in that way, you will hear a sound and the light will remain steady.

To get the most out of your Nutri View, you need to clean it regularly.

We also recommend cleaning the liner regularly. First empty the inner container. Then you can clean the entire container with water and paper. It is important to also clean the area between the inner bowl and the feeder.

Your device can indicate via the app that there is a jam or a blockage. This often means that your feeder is too full or the inner bowl is too empty.

When your inner container is empty, your Nutri View will flash. This is also indicated in the app. When it is filled, but there is too much food in the feeder, you will see that the light starts to light up, indicating that the sensor is blocked.

This can also indicate that your cat has not eaten enough and the feeding moments will not continue until the sensor is free again.

It is possible that your cat is sick and therefore does not eat or that your cat is getting more food than is necessary. Make sure you keep an eye on how your cat is doing and check that your cat is not showing any strange symptoms. If this is the case, please contact your vet. It is therefore also possible that your portions may be too large, so we recommend reducing the number of portions.

If the light stays on or doesn't respond well to an empty bin, your sensors may be covered with dirt. It is then important that you clean the inner container, especially around the sensors.

Finally, if this problem persists, we recommend that you reset your device. This can be done by holding the express button for 5 – 10 seconds.

It is good to know that the “Jam” problem in the app often means that the food bowl is too full. With “Abnormal power supply” there is a problem where someone has to look at the device.

The power bank currently only serves as a backup power supply. Unfortunately, the device does not only work on the power bank yet. However, you can add the power bank to your device as an emergency power supply. When the power fails, your device automatically switches to the power bank connected to your device and your cat still receives food according to the feeding schedule.

Make sure that you connect your device to a power point in time, because the device does not last very long on your power bank. This differs per power bank.

The chunk size recommended by us and our manufacturer is a chunk between 5 – 12 mm. This is important for use with our Nutri Fresh and Nutri View.

When your chunks are smaller or larger, the dosing system cannot always dispense the correct portions. So we recommend to always stay between 5 – 12 mm! †

The Nutri Fresh has a battery life of about 108 hours if you choose to run it on batteries.

There is no adapter in the box. From an ecological point of view, we do not supply these as standard with our products. You can use almost any other adapter from an old device, such as an old telephone.  

Unpack the box. Remove the cover and place the loose parts in the correct place. Remove the silica gel bag from the plastic and place it in the appropriate compartment in the lid. Place the feeder in the correct place. Then fill the device with food and put the lid on. 

Connect your Nutri Fresh to the mains, you will see the connection point on the bottom of the device. The cable can be neatly concealed. You will no longer have to move the outdoor arena. For cleaning and maintenance it is only important that you can remove the inner bowl and the feeder. However, the outer box can always remain in the same place.

Download the Pettadore app in your app store. Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network and click “+” in the app. Then select the correct product and follow the instructions on the app.

You can set a feeding schedule to feed your cat several times a day. When setting up the feeding schedule, it is important that you know how much 1 food/serving is. You can measure this by first letting the express button continue to run, empty the feeder and then click the express button again. The amount that comes out is 1 food/serving. Replacing the silica gel is an easy process. It is important that you never open the bag. Also, keep it away from your children and pets.

The Nutri Fresh has a separate compartment in the lid for this.  

We recommend that you replace the silica gel every 60 days. We don't have this in our own range yet, when we do, we will inform you.

For now you can use any similar bag of silica gel. Make sure to replace it in time to keep your cat food fresh. This bag ensures that the moisture is collected.

Replacing is therefore removing the old bag from the compartment in the lid and inserting a new one.

To get the most out of your Nutri Fresh, you need to clean it regularly.

Our Play Red Dot is a laser toy that makes your cat move more, even when you're not at home. An automatic program can be set and it will run even when you are not at home. This can also be useful for keeping cats off your laptop when you are in a meeting.

It is important with this device that it is firmly in a place that the cat cannot reach.

To get started, connect the Play Red Dot to a power point.

Download the Pettadore app in your app store. Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network and click “+” in the app. Then select the correct product and follow the instructions on the app. Allow Bluetooth.

On the page of the Play Red Dot you can adjust the height of the laser and you can also control the laser with the app.

You can also set the programs for the laser. The laser does not work for more than 5 minutes at a time in the programs. This is important, because your cat needs rest in between. After a few minutes you can switch on the 5 minutes again.

You can add at timing when the device will run which program, you can choose a small, medium and large program here. Your device no longer needs to be connected to Bluetooth after you have set up the programs. Make sure that the device remains connected to the power supply.

The Play Red Dot works via bluetooth. This is only when your phone has Bluetooth turned on and your device is turned on. Under the device is a button with which you can run an automatic program for your cat, with which you also switch on the device directly. You do not need to be connected for this.

It is important to have Bluetooth open on your phone and have your app turned on. You can set a program via the app, even when you are not at home or connected with Bluetooth.  

To test whether you have set everything up correctly and the device is working properly, you can disconnect your phone from the Bluetooth after setting the programs. The programs should still be running.

Last but not least, your product may be listed as offline in the app. This is because your mobile is not connected to Bluetooth or the device is turned off. When you have set your schedule, the device will run your programs.

The Play Red Dot will turn off after a certain time and will appear as offline, however it will automatically turn on again for the set programs.

Exercise for cats is very important. 50% of cats from the Netherlands and Belgium are overweight. This is often caused by not eating too much, but by exercising too little. The Play Springs are a simple toy. Research shows that cats see very fast movements and if you wave the Play Springs, your cat can detect all these movements. 

For example, cats see a wing of a fly in slow motion. That also applies to something as mobile as the movement of a jump. This brings out the cat's hunting instincts again. That is very important, then they will remain in their own primeval. Cats have not been domesticated for very long and therefore still have many primal instincts.

You can use the Springs by waving them, cats find this very interesting because the movement is very fast and they can perceive that well. You can swing it horizontally, alternating with vertically. Your cat will often jump to the toy by then.

You can also throw the jump to the other side of the room so that your cat will run after it.

Sometimes they fetch the toy, which means they bring the toy back. This is not common, but sometimes it does happen. 

You can also let the cat play with the Play Springs by itself. You can put them on the floor and cats often pick this up automatically by tapping and hitting them back and forth. In this way you encourage your cat to move more during the day.

If your cat doesn't play with it, it's a shame. The Play Springs are an easy way to get your cat to move more without having to put in a lot of effort. You can simply throw the springs from the couch. This throwing triggers your cat's hunting instincts.

We also recommend that you do not have covers over the litter box, also think of flaps, doors, etc. This can prevent the cat from going to the litter box and we want to prevent that.

It is also a good idea to have several litter boxes in the house. This ensures that your cat can always go to the litter box quickly and easily. Cats are territorial and like to mask their own spots.

Make sure you never use soap, cats don't like it and they may stop drinking. Only use water and paper and if you have rust you can always use a little cleaning vinegar. In that case, you can let the drinking fountain run with the vinegar for a while and then rinse it well 3 or 4 times and dry it well, so that the vinegar smell is gone.

For a hygienic cat you should always clean the litter box on time and how often this should be done differs per cat and house.

Ozone is used in some of our Pettadore products. We have prepared an article to tell you more about this substance.

What is ozone?
To speak in technical terms: ozone is a simple substance of the element oxygen, with the gross formula O3. Ozone is a colorless to light blue gas. The name ozone refers to the Greek word ozein, which means smelling.

When you hear the term "ozone", you may immediately think of the ozone layer. This is the "good" ozone present in the stratosphere. Osun at ground level is less good because, in large concentrations, it can pose health risks. Ground-level ozone is created in nature through the interaction of sunlight with certain chemicals released into the environment, including emissions from vehicles and industrial plants. Ozone, pure or mixed with other chemicals, can, therefore, be harmful to health in large quantities.

Application of ozone
The great advantage of ozone is its clean character, because it only oxidizes substances, so that hardly any by-products are created. Ozone makes a connection with micro-organisms, such as viruses, bacteria and unpleasant odors, which are neutralized in minutes. Ozone also has a disinfecting effect. These properties make ozone ideal in products such as our Air Eliminator and Air Insight.

Due to the low concentration of ozone in our Air Eliminator and the Air Insight, these Pettadore products can be used safely and there are no harmful effects to living organisms. In this way, our products ensure that the unpleasant odors effectively disappear from the air.

If you are having trouble connecting your products, you may be having problems with the Wi-Fi modem and/or router. We'll explain how to fix these potential issues.

2.4 GHz / 5GHz
Modern modems and routers are designed to broadcast Wi-Fi on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. However, for our Pettadore products it is important that you have a 2.4 GHz network, otherwise your product can often not be found in the app. You can easily contact your provider or view your manual for your modem or router and change your 5GHz network to a 2.4 GHz network.

Hidden networks
You can configure your modem or router to broadcast a "hidden" network, in which the network name (or SSID) is not broadcast. Our devices cannot connect to hidden networks. To solve this, you can add a hidden network while connecting to Wi-Fi.

Wifi channels
Just like a television or radio station, Wi-Fi has several channels. The strength and crowds at each channel are different. To get the best signal, you can contact your provider to make sure you are on the best channel with your Wi-Fi.

Reset a modem or router
If you still cannot set up your Pettadore product, you can try resetting your modem or router. You can reset this by following these steps:
- Unplug your router or modem from the power supply (don't just switch off the router or modem)
- If the router and modem are separate, pull both plugs from the power supply
- Wait 15-20 seconds and plug it back in
- Wait a minute or two for internet connection to be restored

Wait for your Wi-Fi to work again and try installing your products again.

Some products are sent by letterbox mail: this happens, for example, at the Play Springs. You will not receive a track & trace for this. The usual time you will receive this is three business days. 

We send our larger products, such as the Hydrate Ultra, Compact, Nutri Fresh, etc., with the parcel service. You will automatically receive a track & trace from our fulfillment center. You will receive this on your e-mail, so that you know when your package will be delivered. 

If you order your order on a working day before 22:00, it will be shipped the same day and you will often have your product at home the next day.

This can be harmful to the battery, although the devices are protected against this. Still, a good rule of thumb to follow is: charge the battery when about 20% of its capacity is left. The batteries work best with a charge between 20% and 80%.

Keep your battery half full
If you do not use your devices for a while, for example due to a move, we recommend that you keep the battery with a charge between 50% and 70%. The fuller your battery is, the faster the battery starts to oxidize inside. This will not be conducive to longevity. In short, if you charge your battery between 50% - 70%, you will be able to use your Pettadore devices optimally when you have finished your move!

Only charge your battery 100% the first time out of the box
We only recommend fully charging your device when you first take it out of the box. Every time after that it is better to remove the device from the charger a little earlier. If you do this consistently, the battery will last almost twice as long.

Protect your battery from heat
Lithium batteries lose capacity over time, this process starts when they leave the factory and this is also a process that cannot be stopped. What you can do is make sure it doesn't go faster than necessary. Always let the battery cool down before charging it and do not store the battery in a too hot place, such as in the full sun. The normal capacity loss (18-22% per year at a temperature of 22°C – 26°C) is significantly accelerated at higher temperatures.

Onze apparaten worden gehost en beveiligd via het Tuya platform. Tuya Smart is een leidend bedrijf in technologie. Zij werken samen met o.a. Philips, Schneider Electric, Lenovo en dus ook Pettadore. De huidige energieprijzen zorgen ervoor dat we bewuster omgaan met het stroomverbruik in huis. Om deze reden zijn we in dit artikel transparant over het maximale stroomverbruik van onze apparaten. Dat betekent dat er over het algemeen minder verbruikt wordt, echter hangt dit af van verschillende variabelen zoals de intensiteit van het gebruik van het apparaat.

Hieronder zul je al onze producten zien met het maximale stroomverbruik. Daarnaast hebben we rekening gehouden met het maximumtarief wat vanaf November gehanteerd wordt in Nederland. Dit is een tarief van €0,40 per kWh. Je kunt ook aan de hand het stroomverbruik en jouw persoonlijke kosten per kWh uitrekenen wat de maximale kosten per apparaat per jaar zijn. Voor de kosten bij batterij producten van Pettadore zijn we uitgegaan van een continue voeding. Dat houdt in dat je de batterij altijd oplaad en nooit van de lader afhaalt. Dit omdat dit mogelijk is met de batterij producten van Pettadore. Indien je de levensduur van je apparaat wilt verlengen is dit niet aan te raden. Indien je wenst het apparaat ten allen tijden aan de lader te houden zorg je voor een continue voeding waardoor het apparaat niet elke zoveel dagen opgeladen dient te worden.
