Not satisfied with your purchase? We would like to hear what made you feel dissatisfied and what we can do to improve.

With us you can return your order up to 30 days. We will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your account within 5 working days after receipt of the return shipment.

Report your return to us via mail.

Make sure the package has a Track and Trace code. Remember, as a sender, you are always responsible for sending your package.

If original packaging, accessories or the product cannot be reused due to opening/use, your products cannot be returned. It is your responsibility to take care of hygiene and safety. If this cannot be guaranteed, you cannot return the product. We hereby rely on Article 8 paragraph 8 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Items of which the seal is open are not accepted as return for hygienic reasons. This makes products unusable. Opening these products is at the risk of the buyer.
